Well, Desiring God '06 has now officially wrapped up, but the goodness isn't over yet for all of us that couldn't go. First off, I'll once again note that Tim Challies live blogged the whole thing, and secondly that Piper has at least his sermon from the conference up on their website at desiringgod.org, which is also a highly recommended site. You can download Piper's sermons (they're no longer being aired on the radio, because so few people listen to it that way, but you can get them via podcast), as well as look at a massive number of other resources, including transcripts of various sermons of his, recommendations of other reading, and so forth. Excellent site.
